Notre Mission
We believe that art and communication are essential tools for building confidence, connection, and opportunity. Our mission is to create safe, welcoming spaces where children, adults, and families can:
- Learn English, French, and Spanish in practical, supportive, culturally relevant ways
- Explore visual arts, music, storytelling, and creativity
- Build friendships and community across cultures
- Strengthen emotional well-being through self-expression
- Gain tools to integrate more confidently into life in Montreal
As an community-led organization, we understand the challenges newcomers face — from language barriers to financial strain to social isolation. C.A.L.M. is designed to meet these needs with kindness, accessibility, and genuine community support.
Our vision is a Montreal where every family — regardless of background, language, or income — has access to meaningful arts and language opportunities that uplift, empower, and inspire.
